A member organization of the National Association of Realtors®, the North Central Penn Board of Realtors® (NCPBR) is comprised of residential and commercial Realtors® who subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Established in 1973, NCPBR represents approximately 15 brokerage firms with more than 80 active Realtors® from Potter and Tioga counties. The local trade organization is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors.
