NCP Board of Realtors 2017 Dues Schedule with breakdown
As a new member you are part of a vast network of Realtors from not only your local board, but from across the State!
-As a new member, you have access to a vast library of Resources.
-You will get to attend Membership meetings to network with fellow association members as well as to hear a variety of speakers from inside and outside the Real Estate industry.
-You will be provided with Annual CE opportunities to fulfill your license renewal requirements.
-You can join the NCP MLS, to access listings for buyers, sellers, etc., as well as participate in webinars and annual in-house MLS training sessions.
NCP members market property in the Tioga and Potter Counties of Northern Pennsylvania. Members of the Association promise strict adherence to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.
-Dues are comprised of 3 mandatory categories of payments, with 2 voluntary payments – You must submit Local, State, and National dues to the board each year. There are voluntary payments of RPAC and PREF dues added each year, that you can submit at your discretion.
-Dues are sent out late fall for the following year, to give members plenty of time to submit.
-Dues for all members shall be payable annually in advance on the first day of January.
