North Central Penn Board of Realtors® and Professional Career Learning Academy is offering 14 hours of continuing education for new licensees. The sessions will satisfy the 2012-2014 Pennsylvania Real Estate licensing requirement for those individuals who were licensed after December 1, 2011.

Classes will be held at First Ward Fire Hall. Morning Sessions run from 8:30 a.m. to Noon. Afternoon sessions will run from 1 to 4:30 p.m. We will discuss having a “working lunch” and be finished by 3:30 PM.

Dates for these sessions are:
Wednesday, January 8, 2014-7 hours –“General Module”
Wednesday, January 15, 3014-7 hours-“Residential Module”

The cost for both days including lunch is $159 or $89 for one day including lunch.

Classes will be held on February 5 & 12, 2014 at the Mansfield Fire Hall. Classes will begin at 8:30 a.m. and we will have a “working” lunch in order to be finished by 3:30 PM.

The instructor will be Melanie McLane. The courses will include the following topics:
Wednesday, February 5, 2014
7 hours –“Save Your License”
Wednesday, February 12, 2014
3.5 hours AM-“Fair Housing” and 3.5 hours PM-“Procuring Cause/Whose Commission Is It?”*
*Satisfies the 2013-2016 NAR Quadrennial Ethics Requirement. Please call if you plan on taking only a 3½ hour session.
